I use this protein powder in smoothies for breakfast because I need protein and I liked the ingredients listed (alfalfa leaf, algae, barley grass, broccoli sprout). I find it works best with Soy milk due to the fact I felt sluggish and hungry when I mixed it with fruit juice. Plus, it has a saccharine after taste. I'm currently searching for another protein powder .
Using scoop provided, add two (2) scoops (1 oz.) (29.34g) to 3/4 - 1 cup (6-8fl oz.) (178-237ml) of ice cold water. Stir briskly until dissolved for a tasty vanilla-flavored shake. For a creamier shake, use a blender and add ice.
