Adults, mix 1 scoop (27g) (0.95 oz) with 1 1/2 cups (12 fl oz) (354 ml) of cold water or your favorite beverage.  Stir briskly until dissolved.  As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.  Store between 59° – 86°F.
