My wife had 8 vertebrae fused together with double poles (12 hours of surgery). This stuff saved our lives. Without this wonderful company, I'd never be able to afford the massive amounts I've needed to buy. Don't ask me how it works - all I know is it's something my wife uses throughout the day & night. My wife has extensive nerve damage. Maybe that's one of the things it helps to ease?

Although this does have a cooling effect, it dissipates so quickly that I have not found it effective for my sore neck muscles.

This draws the heat and pain out of my damaged knees so that I can walk with ease. I carry it to work every day. After sitting a while I apply it and can move with comfort. It's a Godsend.
