I try to use eco-friendly products but most fall short. So far I am impressed by this product. I am an office worker so my clothes don't get as dirty as some, but for me it works as well as the best name brands. It smells fruity when wet, but when dry they just smell clean. The recommended one small capful works for me making this product economical as well.

I have tried other detergents but Biokleen has been by far my favorite! It smells nice and cleans my clothes well! The price is great also!

Cleans really well, and natural fabrics can go into the dryer without fabric softener and come out with no static, nice and soft. Other detergents failed with a cat odor, but this one got it out when I added vinegar and washed twice, thrice for good measure because the odor had set in. It's economical - a tiny amount goes a long way, it's very concentrated and thick, pours very slowly, almost like a gel. Finally, when I go see the nearby stream or walk to the beach, I know I didn't add anything harmful to them and to the critters who rely on our waterways by just doing my laundry! If you share your space with pets, this doesn't add chemicals and perfumes to irritate them.

I've tried several eco-friendly detergents, and this has worked the best by far. For the number of washes you can do, it's a good value.

Our daughter has terrible excema and I had read about the connection between SLS and skin problems. We decided to try this product despite the price. We love it! Our clothes are super soft and clean and do not have a chemical smell to them . Our daughters skin has improved since the switch and because you use so little of the product it is actually more cost effective than common household brands. You will not need a fabric softener however we are using a dryer sheet to cut down on static. We have very hard water so getting stains ot has always been a challenge and BioKleen is just as effective as my "regular" brand. Overall we are glad to have made the switch and we will buy again.

I really like this product and it seems to clean very well, however I notice a residue on my dark clothes. It's almost like went lint or fuzz. It's not a stain and it comes out with a moist wash cloth, but it's just sort of annoying since most of my laundry is dark clothing. When I use another detergent on my darks, I don't have this problem. It very well could be my older top-loading washing machine that's sub-par. I think this detergent would really excel in a high efficiency machine since it's so concentrated.

Even still, I keep this in my laundry room for sheets, undergarments and lighter colors. You can't beat an eco-friendly product that actually works!
