Note: Not recommended for use on unfinished, oiled and waxed flooring or unsealed tiles.

BEYOND WONDERFUL SMELL! The fragrance was delightful for hours, but subtle so sensitve folks may enjoy it. I have a 2 yr old, so cleaning is important but time is limited! It left my linoleum glossy (which is usually a seperate step - that i dont have time for!) IT TOOK ZERO TIME TO DRY - SO I CAN CLEAN WHILE MY CHILD HAS A MEAL & IT'S COMPLETELY DRY BY THE TIME HE FINISHES! Just great!

We love this cleaner! We are moving soon, and we have an older dog with some urinary issues. We have used this floor cleaner to cleaner everything from the walls, floors & our wood furniture. Cleans great and removes the funky dog pee smell.
For regular furntiure, and fabric items we use the regular BioKleen Bac-Out Stain & Odor remover.

i have parrots and must be very careful of any chemicals that i bring into the home. The entire biokeen line is great. it has a nice light scent and does the cleaning that many of the other chemical-laden cleaning products couldnt match. Great product, great line, great value!
Service and delivery comments:
I ordered this and several other biokleen products. The jacksonville UPS hub damaged the product in transit and had to return my order. I was very pleased when drugstore.com took my business seriously enough to upgrade my replacement delivery to 3 day. It wasnt drugstore.com's fault that UPS damaged the product but they still did the best they could to get me my products in a timely manner.

Started to use this in our previous home on our hardwood floors...my cleaning lady loved it; I loved the results. We moved, the floors here are original hardwood to the house,1936...they didn't look that great; after about 3 separate mops the floors started to 'come back'. The shine is there, and they look really good. This is the best floor cleaner I have found thus far. The smell is not overwhelming either(I am very sensitive to that).

This is great all-in-one cleaner. All you need is to sweep loose dust and debris and then spray and wipe. It gets rid of stubborn stains and cleans and shines upon wiping. Works on tile and hardwood. Doesn't stain or discolor.

I really love this floor cleaner, even more so after trying others that didn't compare to it. I wanted something natural to clean my house, which is almost entirely wood or tile floors. This does the trick and leaves the entire place smelling wonderful. My wood floors have a soft sheen and all my floors are very clean.

spray directly on any water-safe surface, let cultures do the work for 1-2 minutes, then wipe clean. For extra soiled areas, let sit for 5-10 minutes before wiping. No need to rinse.
