I spray it on carpet stains such as when my toddler throws up on the carpet, or the cat decides to pee outside the litter box. I follow instructions and let it set 5-10 minutes, then use the Bissell to suck it all up. It takes out the smell completely and usually the stain as well.

I add about 1/4 cup to my washer when doing towels or athletic clothing. It significantly reduces the "funky" smell from these items.

I've used this product for a variety of cleaning projects & it's works very well, but it's stain blasting power blew me away. The other day I got berry smoothie all over a new t-shirt, I sprayed it with this and the stain vanished by the next day. The only turn off is the scent which is a very strong chemcial-like smell with only a hint of lime.

This product is truly AMAZING. I've used numerous stain removers, and I've never seen another product work as quickly and easily - without bleaching or otherwise destroying the fabric/material - as this one. I have primarily used it on the carpet for mud and pet stains, and it works WONDERS!

I love Biokleen's fabric refresher so I had high hopes for this stain remover. Unfortunately, it was not very effective on baby stains (poop, formula, etc). The smell is good and you get a big bottle for the price but unfortunately I found that I had to rewash anything with stains again with another stain remover.

We have 5 animals in the house and this gets out every stain and every odor those pets create. Gets out stains that no other cleaner will !!!
Smells great too like Lime.

I normally don't respond to requests for reviews, but this is a product that made me feel compelled to do so. I have tried countless products over the years for pet stains and laundry stains, with various degrees of success. This is by far the best, most effective product I have ever used for organic stains. You just spray it on the stain and before your eyes it disappears!! The enzyme actually removes the source of the organic stain. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes! Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

This is the best carpet pet stain remover I have ever used. We had a small pet stain that did not respond to any of the standard carpet cleaners. One application of this product, and the stain was completely removed!! The enzymes in this product actually absorb any organic spill or stain, so it's not like other products that just move it around. Awesome product!!

I had problems with wicked stink in cloth diapers. I tried every trick in the book to get rid of the smell, but it was persistent. I stripped the diapers, changed detergents, added a water softening powder, vinegar in the rinse cycle and even went so far as to try bleaching the inserts the get rid of the stench...all to no avail! I found a small blog article on Bac-Out and decided to give it a try, and thank GOD I did! I LOOOOVE this stuff! I just add a squirt to every pre-wash soak and I no longer have to strip the diapers (not ever!), no more bleach or vinegar. Wonderful :) thank you Biokleen, you saved my sanity!
