The sprayer didn't work properly at all (perhaps the one I got was defective) and it was extremely annoying to have it leak all over my hand and everywhere but the intended spot. It did not foam, either.

If there are any negative reviews for this product, don't believe them. This is the BEST stain remover I have EVER used. I have successfully removed these stains: wine, grape juice barf, dirt, poop, blood. I have brought many shirts "back to life." I just wash out the stains best I can with water, then spray this on and let it sit for 5 minutes or longer. Then I wash the stains with water again and retreat if necessary but often don't have to. Sometimes I will just let the garment soak in cool water with a little of the cleaner. And then launder as usual. THIS STUFF WORKS. I have also used it to remove stains from carpet and to wash tile flooring with no sticky residue left behind. I cannot say enough good things about this cleaner.

Our 2 dogs had left stains from "accidents" on our beige carpet in teh office; we'd tried multiple chemical-laden products to get the stains out but nothing worked... however, this product ROCKS! Stains came out easily and without harsh chemicals. Bravo BioKleen!

We are a family with one teenage boy, one senior citizen,one young man approching 30, four cats, one nervous dog and one lazy middle-aged woman who doesn't like to clean. So I'm suprised to say that I love this stuff. It removes stains on laundry, carpets and bedding. It removes odors on the same. One of the best things is that the odor/stain stay gone. In the past other products have cleaned an area, but after a few weeks the spot reappears like the ghost of mistakes past. So far Bac-Out has gotten rid of all the pet accidents, teenage soda spills, manly grass stains and everything else we can throw at it. So the only advice I have, is save the two quarters and by the bottle without the sprayer. Same stuff, just with a pop top. I just move the sprayer with every new bottle. I like that this has replaced everything but glass cleaner and wood polish. So I would have loved it even if it wasn't good for the planet. The fact that I'm leaving the world a better and cleaner place makes pre-treating all those stains almost heroic.

I tried to use this to remove baby spit up from a chair and rug. It did not remove the stain, nor the smell. Even worse it left a horribly strong chemical smell that permeated the whole floor. We had to move the chair and rug out of the room for a week to air out because I couldn't imagine my baby sleeping in the same room. Even several weeks later I can still smell the baby spit up mixed with the chemical smell every time I sit in the chair. I'm searching for replacements and these will now be out on the curb. The smell was tolerable before I used the product but no longer. DO NOT BUY!

I have an old cat and even though she uses her litter box her aim isn't what it once was. This helps clean and eliminate the odor.

I use this for stains and freshening anywhere, I spray a little in the dryer and helps with oders that may still be present. I love the smell.

I have tried every name brand product to get the smell out of my husband's running clothes, and nothing worked. Plus, these products are full of chemicals and I try to be a green and natural person. I cannot believe this product did not get all stars. I just love Biokleen products. They do not cost as much as store bought and it works just great. I can go on and on how much I love this product and how I do not want to burn my husband's running clothes anymore.

This product removed 3 week old pet stains from my daughter's tan carpet and a large chocolate stain from a tan fabric seat on our rental car. Highly recommended.

This product is wonderful!! I had BAD mildew smell in dryer exhaust tubing due to lint buildup and I put damp wash cloth sprayed with this product in when drying towels and after 4 or 5 loads doing this the stink was gone!! I had tried other remedies first that did nothing and it was a terrible strong smell!! I have also used on stains in laundry and is great there too!
