I like this dish soap a lot. I have sensitive skin and I am very sensitive to product fragrances. These two issues make it very hard to find cleaning products made by mainstream companies. I used the original Palmolive for years but then they changed the scent of the dish soap making it unpleasant for me to use. I also believe in using as many products as possible that are not harmful to the environment.
I seldom fill the sink with water and soap to wash dishes as I have a single bowl sink. Instead I put a small amount of soap on a wet sponge and wash my dishes not in a sink of soapy water. This has worked well for me for many years keeping in mind I understand that I am probably using a little more soap than I would otherwise. I use the soapy sponge until the suds start to become minimal at which point I just add a little more soap to the sponge. I would say the Biokleen lasts as long as the Palmolive did.
This product has a little scent but it does not bother me like artificial and even some natural scents do.

I do love this product. I love the smell, and I love how it cleans my dishes without harmful chemicals. My only complaint would be that the suds don't last very long. It's certainly not a big issue...I know the soap is in there so even if the suds aren't in the sink an hour after I fill it up, I know any dishes I add to the water will still get clean. It's just an adjustment after using the big-name detergents where if the suds are gone, you just turn on the water to make some more. That won't happen with this detergent. But other than that, this stuff is just as good as other brands, but without the chemicals (which in my eyes makes it even better)!

This is an EXCELLENT soap. I use it for dishes, hand soap in a dispenser, as bubble bath, and doggy shampoo.
It works very well in all the above uses. It's my main soap and it is the best I've found to date for the price and volume.
As a doggy shampoo, it cleans the dirt and grim out of my long haired pup, and with the citrus, if she has any flees at all, they wash out of her fur with the soap. It's very good for her sheen and softening my pup's hair too.

I was not pleased with this product at all. Had to use quite a bit of it to even get some suds and to get my dishes clean.

I love the smell of this product and I use it regularly. I feel though,
that I need to use more of this product when doing dishes than
when I use the liquid dish soap from Seventh Generation.

I simply love this product. It clean well with less suds. I's limited suds may incline others to feel that it's not cleaning well, when in fact, it does work wonders on greasy pots and pans. I use very little at a time for it doesn't need a lot. The smell is natural and simply great.

I decided to give this product a try since it was on sale and I really love some of the other BioKleen products (esp. the rug & carpet shampoo). I usually use the 7th Generation or Trader Joe's Dish Soap and was disappointed by the lack of sudsing in this product which caused me to have to use way more than normal. Since I only use "green" household products, I'm used to this to some degree since I don't use SLS. It did clean well, but I felt I have to use a lot more of the product to get the job done!
