I have colored my hair for 15 years and been a loyal fan of this conditioner. It is the ONLY conditioner that stops my hair from feeling like straw or Barbie doll hair. My beautician says my hair is remarkably healthy considering the light color blonde I dye my hair and I credit that to Matrix conditioning balm. If they stop making it, I can't imagine what I'll do.

For best results, I comb this through my curls and leave in hair for several minutes before rinsing. Great to soften, detagle, and improves texture. May be heavy for some people but I combat this by diffusing my hair upside down therefore the volume isn't overwhelmed by the added moisture.

I condition my hair by using biolage cond. balm, combing through my hair, wrapping in up with plastic bag and leaving it on while shaving. After this I always get compliments on how pretty my hair looks. I actually think over the past few years its improved my hair texture and quality.

I have used biolage and other matrix products since high school and have always loved them. My hair is unorthodox; curly one day, wavy the next, and utterly lifeless by the weekend. This conditioner enriches and softens my hair so well that I barely have to run a brush through it to attain a style. Other products I have tried in the past leave my scalp greasy and my hair feeling heavy. This conditioner is a solid staple in my shower routine (which is why I buy the largest size in existence).

I have thick wavy/curly hair. This conditioner made my hair very frizzy and dried out which is exactly the opposite of what it was supposed to do!

This conditioning balm did nothing to soften my dry hair; in fact, it felt drier than before. I was very disappointed after paying so much for this product.

Great looking hair used to be my trademark, but I guess all the styling and coloring did its dammage! I was missing the compliments, so I got this stuff to try to bring my hair back to life. It worked like a charm! My hair is richer, softer, and shinier. The compliments are rolling back in and I'm going to keep using this balm. It's easy to use and my hair feels so great after I put it in. I strongly recommend this to anyone with damaged hair!
