This conditioner makes my hair feel like silk! I have very fine, dry hair, and my hairdresser warned me that it may be too heavy, but it is not! I have tried lots of other high-end and drug store brands, but this one is by far the best. People are always complimenting me on how smooth, shiny and soft my hair is...that never happened before using this product!

I have dry/corse hair, this was suppose to put moisture back into my hair, the only thing it did was waste my money.

This balm makes my hair so soft, silky, and supple. I permed my hair about 1 year ago and my hair had been very dry since then. I wished I had known this product long ago, it could have repaired my dry hair nicely. Anyhow, nothing is too late! I'm happy with my hair now thanks to Biolage. By the way, the smell is nice but can be overpowering if you apply too much. I just put a little each time.

This is the best conditioner I have found. I have been using the Matrix line from Biolage for about 15 years and it is my favorite. Also, drugstore.com has the best prices that I have found. Thanks!

i have extremely dry, insanely thick irish hair, and this is the ONLY conditioner i've ever found that makes it happy. it moisturizes without making my hair big or puffy (unlike most dry hair conditioners i've tried), smells great, and the container, while expensive, lasts a long time. honestly, i'd go on longer if i could think of more ways to say how great this product is.

you probably won't like this if you don't have super-thick hair, but then there are a million other conditioners for you, anyway. if your hair is anywhere near as dry, thick and difficult as mine, though, i don't think you can find a better product.

After using Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie shampoo I then use Matrix Hydrating Balm.
The Hydrating Balm takes care of my hair frizzies that have seemed to appear from
years of coloring my hair.
A small amount of this product goes a long way.
I highly recommend this product!

I have natural African American hair that is healthy but extremely dry. This product is like a holy grail for those with super dry tresses. A little goes a long way. I used it without heat and got fantastic results: soft, moisturized hair with lots of sheen. This balm may be too heavy for those with fine to medium hair; whether straight or curly; however, if you have dense, thick dry hair, I think this balm would work out perfectly!!
