This is the only product I have found that actually makes my hair soft and smooth. You can feel the texture change right away. I won't use anything else.

On the plus side, this shampoo lathers well, smells pretty nice, and isn't harsh - you could use it daily. On the negative side, although it did soften my hair, I don't feel as though it worked as well as other things I've used. I prefer the Paul Mitchell Moisture line, and the Chi Infra Treatment shampoo. It's not the worst moisturizing shampoo out there. I think it's much better than Phyto's ultra dry formula (and costs much less than that). I have super-dry, frizzy hair that's about shoulder length. If your hair isn't a total train-wreck, you might like this better than I did!

I love this shampoo as well as the entire Biolage hair line. I have very thick course hair and this shampoo washes it and leaves it very soft. And the smell is wonderful! I will never use anything except Biolage.

Didn't really wanna pay salon prices but bought it to see how my hair would be since I'm deployed and have long tangled hair! Well the guys love the smell of it and it really does work well..Ended up buying conditioner and leave in tonic for when I out my hair up wet in a bun for work out here....

I have always had very dry hair and now that I process it, it gets downright brittle if I don't use the ultra-hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I've tried to switch for variety, but I always come back to this product. I've used it for about 10 years.

I use this almost every day and find that it cleans and moisturizes my hair well. It provides some extra control to my naturally super-curly hair and makes it soft too! Great with the ultra-hydrating conditioner.

I love this shampoo. My stylist recommended that I try it and she was right. When I used to wash my hair with other shampoos my hair would get so tangled up that I couldn't get to the center of it. This shampoo makes it smooth and manageable while showering and it lasts forever because only a small amount of product is needed. This and Biolage conditioner are the 2 best things that ever happened to my highlighted damaged hair.

I have permed and colored hair. I used to use the regular Biolage shampoo and balm. Because of medications that I have to take the rest of my life, my hair got dry and damaged. I now use the ultra-hydrating shampoo and balm; I will continue to use these products because they make my hair soft and not frizzy. My perm doesn't relax and lose its curl. I was so glad when I found this product at drugstore.com!

I was very disappointed with the results. When I used the shampoo; my frizzy hair became even more frizzy than usual. For the price I paid, I expected more. The Biolage shampoo and conditioner I bought were really a waste of money.
