So I bought these strips for my boyfriend because he has deep blackheads in his T-zone. He likes using these strips because they work really well for him. The 24 combo pack is nice because you get ones for your nose and forehead. I tried to use the strip for your forehead to see if I could get anything out and nothing came out. Maybe I didn't have anything to get out. The only reason I gave it four stars was because when I used the nose strip I broke out a little because my pores were open. The best way to use this product is to wash your face, use the strip, and then re-wash any areas that you used the strip on.

I really, really want that super-gross pore strip experience of pulling the most disgusting things ever from my nose, forehead, and chin. Alas, these pore strips just don't seem to work for me most of the time. I know I have clogged pores. I can see them mocking me in the mirror. So I cleanse, prep, wet and pray that pore strip onto my nose, wash the dishes and check out People.com, and then get ready for the halelluia moment when I see what gross havoc the pore strip will reveal, and--nothing. It's like I get a little plaster cast of every single blackhead on my nose, but it doesn't actually adhere to anything, maybe one or two. Forehead?--forget about it. Chin?--nada. Every now and then, by the grace of the pore gods, I get a strip to work somewhat, and I feel so grateful to be a normal human being.

I have a feeling these strips rely on a certain skin pH as well as proper skin preparation in order for the plaster to adhere to sebum, and pH is something that varies from person to person, and from day to day in the same person, so it might be that Biore and I just don't have chemistry that is making pore magic happen.

After using four strips out of the box of 24, following instructions and with no success whatsoever, I contacted Biore to report my dissatisfaction with the product and get some advice on why they might not be working for me. I got a very nice letter thanking me for my helpful feedback and a $10 coupon for more Biore products. I guess they really believe in me and want me to practice.

Bottom line: I will use the coupon for more pore strips (because it's the only Biore product I've seen that doesn't have parabens) but I won't actually spend money on them again unless I start getting super fantastic, consistently gross results.

I use this to clear the pores in my t-zone, and chin area.

I have used them before with good result, which you can see as soon as you remove the strips. However, this most recent time that I got them, I experienced significantly less than satisfactory results.

Multiple times when I used them (using the same methods as before), after they were dry I would remove them, and they would bring none of the blackheads out.

Other times, there would be only a few, and yet other times the strips didn't stick, therefore also preventing the clearing out of my pores.

I've been very disappointed, and barring unforeseen circumstances, I don't intend to purchase these again. Too unreliable.

I use these pore strips on my nose and chin every other week. I don't have acne but I do like to keep my pores clean so that they look minimized and so that my makeup applies better. They work pretty well on my nose, but I have very minimal results on my chin (only about 10 pores cleaned per strip on my chin). If they worked more consistently I would be very happy paying the regular price, but seeing as much of the product is wasted because it didn't work leaves me feeling a bit ripped off.

I thought it is a double package of nose strips however it is composed of both nose strips and face strips. Face strips are not effective at all. Maybe I don't have much white head on my face. So I used face strips on my nose that also works.

seems like it has been changed. the strips arent so effective and they start tearing as soon as it is applied on my nose. the face strips dont come off easily, feels like im ripping off a bandage and it hurts. im very disappointed...hope they make it the same way is the "original" one!
