I really don't recommend this product for makeup removal...especially, mascara. It is gentle.

This is a terrific product. I even bring these with me back packing when I don't have access to running water. They leave me feeling so fresh! It cleans all of the dirt and grime from my large pores which some face washes alone cant do, let alone a towelette. I wouldn't buy any other brand!

I love these. They are gentle, work great and smell wonderful. I use toner after them sometimes to ensure my face is really clean, and it always is. No need to follow up with anything other than moisturizer. And they smell so good. I love these.

Not only does this smell HEAVENLY but it removes all my makeup with one swipe and leaves it feeling fresh with no residue...I LOVE IT!

I've used other brands before, but these towels seem to be more effective in removing all dirt and makeup and leaving your skin clean and soft.

I used to use the plain old facial cleansing wipes from Biore and used those for years without problems, but my local stores stopped carrying it and carried this one instead. I saw it and thought, "Hmm, green tea? Probably gentle and calming." Nope. It irritated my skin so badly that I got red, raw patches around my mouth, chin and eyes. Neosporin soothed that after about two days, though.
Like others said, it burned my eyes. I didn't necessarily get it in my eyes, but my eyelids and the skin around my eyes stung and turned the skin red. I've never had really sensitive skin, but this really messed it up.
I've been using the Neutrogena facial wipes for now, and that hasn't bothered my skin. However, I'm hoping to be able to switch back to the old Biore wipes, but these I'll never use again.

This smells really good and removes makeup very well, but DON'T use it to remove eye makeup. Your eyes will definitely STING. Almost similar to like menthol on the eyes (don't ask how I know what that feels like). But if you wear a lot of powder/foundation, it's good for removing makeup from everywhere; everywhere but your eyes. It'll definitely scrub the makeup off, and leave your skin feeling clean. It's too bad I can't use this on my eyes without crying - it smells great.

This works okay, not good for eye makeup remover as it stings my eyes so bad. I will probably stick with Neutrogena Makeup remover wipes.

Unlike some of the other brands of towelettes, you don't have to wet these to clean your face. It removes my makeup, mascara and all quickly and gently. My new favorite!

This product smells good and seems to be very gentle. So is it too gentle and not really cleaning your face? I had a really hard time removing my mascara and ended up having to remove the mascara another way. The mascara I use isn't waterproof so it should be removed easily.
