So far my skin has had no negative reactions, no breakouts and is starting to become more even textured. My skin was blemish prone with dry spots and rough bumps when I started - but not anymore. This is only my 2nd week using this so I gave it 4 stars because it's just the start of this product. It has a creamy texture to it, and one pump is enough for my face and neck each night. It has small round 'beads' in it that vanish into your skin - it claims these are vitamin E, all I know is it feels wonderful. I wake to smooth, soft skin and my texture is evening out some and I swear my skin is brighter. I'm going to stick with this product since it seems to be working for my skin. I still haven't found one that I love, so I tried this one - I have been using the day moisturizer with SPF regularly and this at night. It has a texture sort of in between a cream and a gel, not greasy, not heavy at all like most of the anti-wrinkle night lotions. It's a nice night moisturizer that I feel comfortable using all over my face, hasn't caused breakouts and my skin is oily. However, it doesn't seem very effective against the fine lines. In fact, I started alternating it with a diferent heavier night cream which seems to work better to smooth my forehead lines by morning. So I like this for all-over moisture and I don't worry about breaking out, but I still like some other creams for wrinkle-prevention. This one is ok, and i will probably continue to use it occasionally, but I'm still searching for that perfect product that will do it all! I had read about this product and decided to try it. I really, really like it. The texture of my skin has improved greatly, and my daily use before bed has even helped to reduce the fine lines on my upper lip. The price is also something to consider.
