I've always been very prone to blackheads, especially on my nose and chin. These strips pull them right out, leave my skin tingly fresh, and make my pores look smaller. Though the strips don't remove ALL of the blackheads at once, more and more are removed with each use. An exfoliating scrub beforehand seems to improve their performance. My skin is sensitive, and I won't lie: peeling them off can be a little painful! However, if you can handle tweezing or waxing facial hair, then you should be able to handle this . The results are definitely worth the pain and the price. I've been using them regularly for quite a while now. They always leave my nose feeling so clean. Not only do they get blackheads out, they also remove dead skin. I followed the advice of other reviewers and wet the strip prior to removing it, and it did not hurt at all! My nose felt sensitive for a couple days following, but not painful. I'm thrilled! However, I used one on my boyfriend, and it didn't do anything for him except leave some white powdery film behind. Not sure why, since it gave me phenomenal results. I had no luck with Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask and the Daily Scrub. The product removed some stubborn blackheads from my nose with a single application. Cleansers would not do the job. I saw the reviews for these strips and decided to try them and the results were far better then I imagined. The strip pulled all the little black plugs right out! Looked like tiny black hairs sticking out of the strip but it was actually pore dirt. My nose instantly looked great and felt so clean!
