It's at least worth a try. I like how I can use a small amount for my medium-long hair that is partially wavy/frizzy yet also straight. I like using it every other day, because I feel that using it every day would not yield the best results. This product has great ingredients, is recommended by professional hair stylists, and does a good job. It works well, and my hair feels like it's getting protected, especially before blow drying and straightening. I use the whole system (shampoo, conditioner, silk therapy) and it makes my hair very shiny and healthy and smelling great. At least try it.

I love Biosilk - Silk Therapy Treatment very much, so I wanted to give its shampoo a try. However, the result is very disappointing. It's moisture, but I don't feel like it cleaned my hair. I will not buy this product again.

I decided to give this shampoo a try because I love Biosilk's silk therapy, and I thought this would also be a great product, but boy was I wrong. This so-called "hydrating shampoo" left my fine hair frizzy and dry. I thought the complementing hydrating conditioner would help, but it was just as bad. I can't wait until I am finished with the bottle.
