Use it as a defrizzer, smoother, shiner! 2. Twice a week, after shampooing, I massage a quarter size amount (yes a lot) into my hair, throw it in a bun, and sleep on it. Next morning, shampoo it out. It is the best leave-in conditioner! 3. Cuticle softener! 4. After showering while skin is still wet, massage into skin. Perfect moisturizer! 5. Few drops in bath tub work wonders to soften skin and the light clean scent it refreshing! 6. Great eye makeup remover! 7. Soak your feet in a bucket of hot water with a bit of this stuff and your feet are smooth! 8. Small amount will tame unruly eyebrows! 9. Perfect for when you get that flaky skin around your nose during a bad cold/flu. 10. I have very long, thick, slightly wavy hair that has the tendency to get slightly frizzy occasionally. This product just didn't do anything for my hair. I noticed no change in texture, appearance or shine. The smell is way too strong and overpowers everything. You don't want to put this stuff on before a date. My boyfriend hated the scent and commented on it immediately. So basically I wasted my money. I recommend buying the smallest size first so you can at least test it out, and definitely make sure you can stand the smell too. Blow-outs usually take about 45 minutes to completely dry my hair. I use this not only for the days I skip between washing but before blow drying as well. If you have thinner hair a quarter size amount will cover your entire hair for treatment before blowdrying. This makes my color treated hair soft and shiny so the Florida sun does not kill my highlights. Go easy until you know what you need or you will be greasy!

ONLY use a very small amount for great results...about the size of a dime in my palm is plenty and I have long hair.

I have thick, often dry hair from coloring/styling/hairdrying/etc... and Biosilk really does the trick to bring my hair back to life and soft-to-the-touch. It also has a great smell and is gentle enough for daily use. Just be careful not to use too much or your hair might look a little greasy.... A great trick to using this product is to dry your hair half way, apply the Biosilk, and then complete drying.

However, about a year ago they started adding a large amount of alchol to this product and I have noticed a huge difference in my hair (it is dry now) I am so bumbed! So, I am moving on to other hair products . After looking at the ingredients I see little to no aolchol in it !!! sorry biosilk I am out and not getting a new bottle.
