Most Liked Positive Review Absolutely Amazing For about three years now I have had many problems with my sleep, ranging from insomnia (for periods of time) to not being able to fall asleep, or waking up all during the ...Read complete review For about three years now I have had many problems with my sleep, ranging from insomnia (for periods of time) to not being able to fall asleep, or waking up all during the night, or just not getting a "quality" nights sleep. I wake up feeling horrible, groggy, and I'm tired to exhausted throughout the day, basically every day. I've been through MANY prescription sleep medications, ALL of which came with major side-effects and a few just didn't work at all. After my insurance decided they didn't want to pay for my current sleeping medication anymore, my parents bought me a package of Alteril. It has worked well for both of them, and though they didn't expect it do much for me, they urged me to give it a try. Let me say, I am amazed by its results. I fell asleep easily, I slept throughout the night, and I woke up RESTED and ENERGIZED. I feel great, I had a great night's sleep, and I am just thrilled that this over the counter "natural" sleep aid worked so well for me. I am approaching my 64th. year and have been having more and more difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. I was looking for something natural, no chemicals and have been very satisfied. I have been taking the product for 5 months and have had no unusual side effects. I have been recommending this product to anyone I know who is having sleep related problems.
