I took it like a multivitamin as i do with all of these so called "enhancers" because it is pretty much like a multivitamin (with a bit of a kick). It does work and i did see a bit of "extenze-tion" in size. However the growth was not significantly large and it did take one year. Performance was also a bit better but like before, not super intensified. I would take it as a multivitamin daily but i would expect crazy changes like the infomercial implied. IT seemed more like I was getting fewer erections while on it. So tell me, how does a pill make you larger by NOT improving blood flow at all? Well I contacted the manufacturer, that told me it takes 3-4 months to work. Fair enough, I bought 4 months worth. Still nada. Waste of money and time. I had thumping headaches then my heart was racing to the point I needed to see a Dr. Then it was pains in the chest and nervousness days after I took ONE pill.
