As a result, she is often thirsty and her mouth is always dry. She loves this gum. It helps keep her mouth from feeling dry, even when she's done chewing. I send multiple packs to her every other week. She says it's assisting and calls me her "gum dealer!" I would recommend this gum highly to anyone with dry mouth or with fluid intake restrictions! Regular Sugar Free gum works just as well and doesn't cost as much. I give the Biotene Gel 5 stars but only 1 for the gum.
