I have dry mouth from many medications that I use. Biotene was recommended to me about 7 years ago and it has done wonders! As long as I use it regularly (every day, 4-5 times a day) my mouth does not feel dry. Have not developed any cavities since I started using this (dry mouth tends to cause cavities). I highly recommend it to any one who wants their mouth to feel fresh, clean and not dry. I just wish that th product was available in smaller bottles, so I can tuck one in my purse, etc.

In addition to being a good mouthwsh, Biotene is great to use for those with limited swallowing capability. It does not contain flouride, it is not harsh tasting, and it really helps with dry mouth and breath odor.

I take many, many pills and my mouth is constantly dry. I tried this product because it had a five star rating. I have used this for a week and I have more irritable dry mouth than before. Usually I do not dislike a product, but this one makes me so made.
