I use this at least 2x's/day and before bed at night. It definitely helps avoid dry mouth, along with my sugarless gum. At bedtime, keep it in my mouth along with swishing for about 30 seconds, and it helps keep my mouth moist mostly all night.
I have Fibromyalgia which causes really dry mouth, so this product is a lifesaver because dry mouth causes tooth decay.

My dentist recommended this as apparently I have dry mouth and it is all the rage to do something about that these days. I recently had to switch from my favorite mouthwash to go alcohol free and was none too happy to switch again. But once I was using alcohol free and used one with alcohol I felt like the inside of my mouth was going to burn off.

Similarly, at first I did not like the Biotene. It is very thick and the taste takes some getting used to. But I add a little water and just a pinch of my husbands 'alcohol free' mouthwash and it is OK now.
It works well to relieve dry mouth. I don't wake up in the middle of the night choking because my throat is so dry anymore. and I had to use a 'regular ' mouthwash when we ran out and really then appreciated the quality and gentleness of the Biotene.
The price is another thing. But it is a good product

okay i love all of biotene's products i have like all of their products lol

but this one, eh i would have to say its only for the people who REALLY REALLY need it

but for regular guys like me who just have a slight dry mouth feeling

not recommended because i dont have really dry mouth but occasionally if i go to a dinner party and i had not drank a thing

i start getting dry mouth and need moisture...

but on a daily bases this will not help... hell i tried using this everyday it may just have dried my mouth out

I use the mouthwash 2-3 times a day making sure the last just before going to bed. Two of my doctors said it's "good stuff"

If you wake up several times during the night with a dry mouth this product will help the problem. I use it right before retiring and my dry mouth is hardly noticeblle any longer.
