I need to drink a lot of water and am subject to more dental problems. I use this daily (2x) with Gel-Kam and will probably do so for the rest of my life. I do add in some Arm & Hammer Whitening 1x daily because of associated staining of teeth due to non-functioning salivary glands--can't seem to quit coffee. In addition, I have dry mouth. This product is perfect and tastes lovely besides.
