I asked my dentist what I could do about it and he suggested this product along with the other things that Biotene has for the dry mouth. It was strange to use at first, it felt like you had a glob of jelly in your mouth, but after getting the hang of working it all through my mouth and gums, it felt a lot better than it did. The only thing I found that bothered me was that it wore off too quickly and I had to reuse it again, but it did feel much better when using it compared to the horrible dry mouth I was suffering from. I HAVE TO TAKE ALOT OF MEDICATIONS AND I HAVE DRY MOUTH ALL THE TIME. USE IT DURING THE DAY AND ALWAYS AT NIGHT, IF I DO NOT USE AT NIGHT I WILL BE UP ALL NIGHT. If I wake up with dry mouth, I squirt a little in my mouth, move it around with my tongue, and the dryness is gone. It truly is amazing how much it helps. It was especially bad upon waking in the morning. My Dentist said that due to my dry mouth my gums were receding. He recommended this product and it has saved me from having extensive Dental work done. I use it right before going to bed at night. I don't wake up with "Dry mouth" anymore. This product is great!
