I like it because it doesn't foam like regular toothpastes, cleans my teeth and helps to keep them white also. I feel confident using it. The only negative thing I can say is, not many stores carry it on a regular basis. I have to order it online very often, but I'm so happy that your website has it offered at a very reasonable price. I use everyday because medicine gives me dry mouth resulting in cavities and sensitive teeth. I have never tried the mouthwash as I like ACT and the way it improves the enamel. I can definitely tell the difference between the "PBF" and the regular. The PBF works best. I started using because of dry mouth symptoms, but my gums are a amazing now...AND no tartar build up at all...I really can't believe it. I do supplement it with Biotene mouthwash if dry mouth symptoms flare up and I am unable to brush. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about Biotene PBF Toothpaste, 4.5 oz: I am a dental disaster....Have teeth cleaned every 3 months for years....However, due to circumstances did not have them cleaned for 6 months....Hygienist stated this was the BEST she had seen my teeth in years....Been using the PBF toothpaste twice a day and the PBF mouthwash 4 times a day....No more bleeding gums....No more Plaque....Highly recommend!!
