This stuff is the real deal! I have noticed such a difference since I started taking it. I actually just finished my first bottle today (60 capsules) and have re-ordered another. Where do I begin? I wanted to start taking Reservatrol because I read so many good benefIts from it. I wanted a good quality Resveratrol pill, not just any cheap junk. After some research, I chose this. I have reordered this rather expensive supplement because it got such good reviews and current medicine rates as a useful, probably protective, worth taking, at least not dangerous: as of today, lol or not. Did read that all the hype to take the 500mg. was just to make more $. Article said the 200mg. is the preferred dosage, so that's what I take.
