I wanted a good quality Resveratrol pill, not just any cheap junk. After some research, I chose this. What I noticed after going thru this entire bottle is that my skin looks great......but the unexpected result was that I have lost 8 pounds. I have needed to lose 60 pounds for over 10 years..this gives me some initiative. I did not change my diet in any way or my activity level. I am here today to re-order. Did read that all the hype to take the 500mg. was just to make more $. Article said the 200mg. is the preferred dosage, so that's what I take. I have tried other brands and less expensive but went back to this one for the results. It helps maintain overall well being. Helps control my sweet tooth. Helps the immune system for sure. We both stay pretty healthy and we are in our 50's. My husband used to have terrible allergies and since taking this along with Iceland Omega oils and Vit D, he has more energy and stays well through the allergy seasons. It works for us.
