I used Resveritrol for approximately 90 days with good results. But one day, after taking a capsule, I felt an upset stomach which led to diarrhea and vomiting within 3 hours of dosing.

Not knowing the exact cause I took some time off from Resveritrol and attempted again 3 weeks later. Within 3 hours I again had diarrhea and intense vomiting.

So I threw out the bottle thinking the remaining pills had spoiled somehow. Today, after taking 3 months off, I took a capsule from a newly ordered bottle and experienced the intense diarrhea and vomiting again.

It is clear to me my system doesn't like Resveritrol anymore but I don't know why. I was OK for approximately 1.5 months and now it puts me down so hard. After checking the internet for side effects I realize I'm not alone with this reaction. I hope your experience is better than mine. Good luck!

I wanted to bring my weight down slowly so that I could keep it off, and this seemed to have helped (down 15 lbs in less than 6 months). Granted I eliminated processed foods from my diet and started to work out regularly as well. I have purchased it regularly - why risking stopping to know for sure that it really is working. I have tried other brands, but I can't take the odor. This one is odor free.

I've read the scientific literature on resveratrol and decided to try it out. It seems to work on the mitochondria, increasing their number and improving their function, exactly how it does this, it's still being investigated. I took the recommended dosage of two 500 mg capsules per day, and felt more energetic within the first week. I exercise almost every day, and went from doing 160 pushups a day (and feeling like I've been ran over by a car afterwards) to doing 200 pushups (and feeling like I could more), and this within 4 days of beginning to take resveratrol, and no other supplements. Definitely worth a try!

Mydoctor told me to start taking Resveratrol and Quercetin to manage/ bring down the C-Reactive Protein-ss, an inflammatory maker in my blood. I did online research on the reviews of this product and otheres here on Drustore.com, and glad I picked this supplement: it works, my next set of showed that I was within normal mid-range (not borderline high risk). Pills are easy to swallow. Once I open a bottle I keep it in the frig till it's gone. No big deal I guess . And it's expensive, but not as expensive as a possible stroke or heart attack.

No side effects that I'm aware of but everyone is different. Takes about a month to see results. My muscles are more defined. I can workout longer and harder without fatiguing so quickly. No notice in energy level though. Definitely worth a try.
