I found the tip of the applicator a little too hard and also hard to use, since my previous eyeliner had a really soft and thin brush as an applicator. However I have no problem since I am good with applying eyeliner.
The result is not long lasting and it dries fast, but I've seen much faster. However, I still believe the result is ok for the price you pay. Plus, if you use eyeshadow for smoky eye after applying it, minor faults won't show.
Removing it is fine, not too easy, not too difficult, but I'm not quite confident it's not running at all. I think it slightly did the first time I used it.

This is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It dries very quickly. After I apply the eyeliner I use an eyelash curler and the eyeliner doesn't come off. Love it!

i was all set to try L'Oreal for my 1st foray into Felt Tip liners, but thank goodness my Social Worker budget kicked in! for almost 1/2 the price, i'm happy to say i got exactly what i was looking for and exactly as promised. SUPER easy to apply (my very first try was perfect, and with liquid liners i usually need to give myself a good extra 10min to get it right), really lives up to its Waterproof title, and it dries very quickly. the Black is beautiful, so i will try the Brown too (since Drugstore has them on special offer). don't be scared ladies: i'm pretty sure that women of ALL beautiful colors can rock this liner!

Applicator is very hard and does not give a nice line. I've always used liquid liner and this is the worse I've ever used
