Common uses for Bleph-10
Bleph-10 10% Solution is an antibacterial used to treat eye infections.

Before using Bleph-10
INFORM YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions or allergies.

Directions for Bleph-10
Follow the directions for using Bleph-10 10% Solution provided by your doctor. TO USE BLEPH-10 10% SOLUTION, first, wash your hands. Tilt your head back and, with your index finger, pull the lower eyelid away from the eye to form a pouch. Drop the medicine into the pouch and gently close your eyes. Do not blink and keep your eyes closed for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove excess medicine around your eye with a clean tissue, being careful not to touch your eye. Wash your hands to remove any medicine that may be on them. TO PREVENT GERMS from entering your medicine, do not touch the applicator tip to any surface including your eye. STORE BLEPH-10 10% SOLUTION as directed on the manufacturer label. Keep the container tightly closed. TO CLEAR UP YOUR INFECTION COMPLETELY, continue using Bleph-10 10% Solution for the full course of treatment even if you feel better in a few days. Do not miss any doses. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF BLEPH-10 10% SOLUTION, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.

Cautions for Bleph-10
IF YOU HAVE HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION to Bleph-10 10% Solution or any other sulfonamide medicine (such as Septra DS, Bactrim DS, Gantrisin, glyburide, or probenecid), contact your doctor or pharmacist before using Bleph-10 10% Solution. A severe reaction includes a severe rash, hives, breathing difficulties, or dizziness. If you have a question about whether you are allergic to Bleph-10 10% Solution or if a certain medicine is a sulfonamide, contact your doctor or pharmacist. If your symptoms do not improve within a week or if they become worse, check with your doctor. DO NOT USE the solution if it is a dark color or if it contains particles. WHILE USING BLEPH-10 10% SOLUTION, your eyes may be sensitive to bright light. If this occurs, wear sunglasses. It is usually recommended that you DO NOT WEAR CONTACT LENSES while using Bleph-10 10% Solution. Check with your doctor before wearing them. Sterilize contact lenses according to manufacturer's directions. FOR WOMEN: IF YOU PLAN ON BECOMING PREGNANT, discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using Bleph-10 10% Solution during pregnancy. BLEPH-10 10% SOLUTION IS EXCRETED IN BREAST MILK. IF YOU ARE OR WILL BE BREAST-FEEDING while you are using Bleph-10 10% Solution, check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby.

Possible side effects of Bleph-10
SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include headache or browache; blurred vision; or burning or stinging of eyes. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects: weakness, dark urine, yellowing eyes, fever, sun sensitivity (skin redness), or easy brusing/bleeding. IF YOU EXPERIENCE difficulty breathing; tightness of chest; swelling of eyelids, face, or lips; or if you develop a rash or hives, tell your doctor immediately. Do not use any more doses of Bleph-10 10% Solution unless your doctor tells you to do so. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist. This is not a complete list of all side effects that may occur. If you have questions about side effects, contact your healthcare provider. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.

If you take too much Bleph-10
