I use it about once a week to exfoliate my skin and it has lasted about a year. I got in on sale at [@] in j*****y for 1/5 of the list price. But, I would buy it again full price. I've tried the lemon soapy sap and the sage bar and a few other bliss products, this by far is my favorite. It's good a really good thick grit and isn't slimy at all like other body scrubs i've tried. The problem with slimy is that it negates the effect of the grit, because there's no tension when your rub. Bliss really got it right with this product.

I would recommend this to a friend only if they had a lot of disposable income to spare. While this is a great product- VERY cooling, great exfoliation, non-drying, wonderful minty smell- the price is ridiculous. It's soap, some exfoliating beads and fragrance- hardly something I'd spend this kind of money on regularly. If you use shower gel, have the money to spend, love a cooling effect, want something with scrub to it and the smell of mint, this is great.

I am super picky about bath products. I got tired of using a loofah, but I wanted some kind of exfoliant. This stuff is amazing. No loofah required and it feels amazing. It moisturizes and it tingles. It leaves you feeling very cool, so I wouldn't recommend it if you are trying to warm up...this is perfect for a hot day or after a workout...I live in San Diego, so I can use it year round.

This is a splurge purchase, but I love this body scrub. It is fantastic when I am short on time in the mornings after a workout. It cools you off while exfoliating so even if you have to power shower you step out of the shower refreshed and ready to go for the day! Great smell, great tingly feel - I love it!

This is incredibly invigorating. Great product to wake you up in the morning. It is, however, expensive for only 8 ounces.
