This smells fantastic! Smells like diaper cream used on a really rich baby. Has that aristocratic, pretentious scent to the vanilla -- not ordinary vanilla. I love it! Unfortunately, it has a price tag to match, so I'm glad I got it as a sample. Would not pay what it costs just for a great scent. There are other creams that work equally as well, like Eucerin or Cerave.
