I think this works great for really irritated chapped lips. It does the job immediately and relieves my lips. I would us regular lip balms and chapsticks, but none of them would give instant relief like the lip infusion. I guess if you are looking for protection in the long run, it won't work too well but again the instant relief is AMAZING. It makes my lips look so glossy and I actually enjoy applying this. I think for the price, it does the job well.

I agree with other reviewers, though. IT DOES NOT LAST. It is great for soothing, and the cherry flavor is pretty good; however, I reapply it quite frequently. I cannot see this product as being able to protect lips from the winter elements -- or the sun -- since it does not last.
This is great for providing instant relief, but do not count on it to protect your lips from the cold, dry air. For lip protectant, nothing beats good, old-fashioned petroleum jelly or some derivatives therefrom (like those found in Chapstick).

I looked everywhere this winter for this particular Blistex product. All they had was the waxy type. The roller ball in itself is quite soothing and the product smells and taste good. I bought a whole box from Drugstore.com becauuse I didn't want to be without.

I LOVE this product and so does my teen daughter. We keep them in every purse, car, bathroom. They are nice and small (smaller than a lipstick) and roll on so luxuriously. It looks like a fabulous gloss and really moisturizes and lasts. really, try it once and you will be hooked.

Great lip balm. not a greasy or waxy stick but a smooth, cool roller with an effective ointment. Other sticks are kiddie flavors and small cute but this get the job done. love it.

I use this product any time my Lips feel sore or dry.I think it is very effective and long-lasting for protection from sun and wind.I use it every night before bed to keep my lips mousturized while sleeping. It's the best lip balm ever.

I use this product every night before going to bed. Smooth application makes putting it on a breeze, no clumps or lumps. Also works great when lips are chapped, use 2 or 3 times a day and at night. Also works great for dry lips and because of its roller ball applicator, you don't need to use much of it.
