I use this product every day, all day. I only have to apply it a couple of times a day, usually after meals. It brightens up any color lipstick and creates a lovely "lushious" look to your lips. Even without lipstick it makes your lips look soft and pliable ~ which they are.

Blistex DCT is my favorite balm for night-time use. It lasts all night and tackles seriously chapped lips. I've been using this for years and have never found a better alternative, depite trying way too many balms. If it came in a tube I'd use it during the day as well.

I have been using DCT for as long as I can remember. I can't stand having dry lips, so I stash these everywhere...on the end table next to my favorite chair, on the nightstand, in the bathroom, on my desk, in the car, and in my purse. I use it several times a day and never have chapped lips. I like to use it under lipstick, too. In a pinch, it also works as a cuticle treatment. I always keep extras on hand. The only thing I would change about DCT, if I could, would be to make it in a stick formulation so that I wouldn't be contaminating it with germs that I might pick up on my hands.

This is by far the best lip balm. I'm always trying new ones and always end up coming back to this one. It is soothing and has SPF 20 which is great for winter and summer. I've tried more expensive brands but I haven't found any better. I've spent up to $25 on lip balm, and though they may have great shine or easier application, this still is my go to lip balm. I just wish it came in tube form. It does have a subtle mint/vanilla scent which might bother some people but it's subtle enough for me to ignore. Great lip balm!

I use this lip conditioner overnight on my very dry lips. It does a great job - it doesn't wear off, moisturizes effectively, and doesn't have a strong odor.

This is the BEST product for chapped lips!

I also use it on the nephews and nieces(now using it on the greats) when they get a cold... sore little noses and chapped cheeks are MUCH BETTER after one application and virtually healed in just an afternoon.

And it works GREAT on sore, cracked fingertips, too!

I've used this product for decades and can't go to sleep without applying it first. I use it as a gloss during the day. I've never found anything I like as much, including other Blistex products. I simply love it!

Only "con" is that I end up with an icky finger after applying and have to wipe the residue off somewhere. I have a couple of really dry spots on my face so, after applying to my lips, use any remnants on those areas (working great there, too). However, I still end up with residue on my finger that needs to be wiped off. But I love this product so much, that I just deal with the residue part.

Of all the potted lip balms I've come across, Blistex Daily Conditioning Treatment (DCT) is my absolute favorite - and one that I've repurchased countless times. It provides a slightly cooling menthol effect when first applied to the lips and offers a decent wear time. The texture is on the thicker side, so I find the tasteless balm is best used as a nighttime treatment.
