This product goes on smooth and works ok, but the results don't last. It has an innitial cooling sensation also when first applied, but in order for lips to stay moisturized, it needs to be reapplied often. Won't buy again.

Ok this is my second tube,the first one got separated and when i went to use it clear oil came out,so no more thick substance just oil. I tried to mix it or something didn't work.So i called in to complain they sent me a new one. I bought this product because i am a huge fan of Blistex and have ALL of there chap sticks and love them all. So of course i got excited about this one but nope now the second one Blistex sent me is randomly grainy,honestly i didn't buy it because it was organic i didn't even notice lol till i read these reviews.Blistex need to fix the grainy/oily problem,also it does have a tiny tingle to it so i guess i would call it cooling but only for a bit.

I just tried this for the first time. It worked great on my cold sore., and healed it fasted than other methods I have tried. I will use it again the next time I need healing!

I bought three tubes of this stuff when it first came out and used two for myself and gave one to my friend. It's pretty good stuff, and it is shiny and smells good and has no chemicals. The bad parts are that the mixture can separate and you'll get nothing but oil coming out of the tube. Also, in one of the tubes the balm comes out very grainy, like it's got sand in it. I would buy it again, though, because I like that it's shiny and chemical-free.

This lip balm is one of the most effective at making my lips feel smooth, soothed, and moisturized after one application. It has a slightly grainy texture on application, but this quickly melts into my lips and feels quite silky (not greasy) with a VERY light tingle from the small amount of menthol it contains. That being said, it smells light and citrusy without smelling fake fruity or mentholy and has almost no taste.

It absorbs into my lips pretty quickly which initially made me feel like I should reapply more often than usual; however, as I said above my lips feel very smooth and moisturized so I have actually cut back to applying it in the morning and evening. I do think it could be runny if it got warm in a pocket or on a hot day by the way it melts so quickly into my lips.

I mainly bought this product for the fact that it's natural. After reading the ingredient list, i thought it might be comparable to burt's bees beeswax lip balm, so i bought it.

This product has a very light citrus scent, which is very natural smelling, and it's only noticeable during application of the product. The slanted tip makes applying very easy, combine that with the product's soft texture, the lip balm glide onto my lips O-So-Smoothly.

This lip balm is next to flavorless, and i know that because i ingested the lip balm directly (putting a small amount on my finger tips, and then placing the sample on my tongue), being flavorless it's a good thing as far as i am concerned.

But, that's pretty much it about it's pros. After one hour of applying, my lips feel dry again, and i did not ate anything, drink anything, nor did i licked my lips. And i am sure i did not apply less than i suppose to, since i apply 2 layers to make sure my lips are thickly coated with this product. This lip balm does not last at all, for me at least.

If you are buying this lip balm and anticipating it to provide your lips with cooling comfort, then you are gonna be disappointed. Yes it contains menthol, but only at .2%, and that's definitely not enough for your lips to feel anything.

The product feels gritty on my lips, which is strange, no other lip balm i tried before leaves this feeling. (It could be that i am using this product in the winter, but carmex tube does not have this problem.)

In summary, i will not purchase this lip balm again, unless blistex change the formula to improve it.
