I use a bread baker and make one loaf every two weeks for my husband who uses it mostly for sandwiches. It's an easy, tasty white bread for celiacs. As with most gluten-free breads, it does dry out toward the end of the loaf, but peanutbutter helps keep it together for a yummy snack! Great toasted! Have never been disappointed in this product and found the BEST price here plus free shipping when ordering two cases. Keeps well in the package before baking too.

We have made this bread a few times now and just love it! Our son is gluten sensitive and so we have been looking for good gluten free options for our family. This bread is delicious straight out of the oven. We also have enjoyed it toasted and made into french toast. I could not disagree more with the other review (that says it is tasteless)! We used egg replacer to make it vegan and it worked great!
