If you have some serious exfoliating to do -- and have very tough skin -- this may be ok for you. If you are looking for a regular sponge to use with a body wash, don't even think about this sponge. It is seriously harsh, and you'll waste a ton of water trying to get the soap rinsed out of it. The only pro is that it has a rope to hang it with. Otherwise I would only consider using this to clean the rims of my car.

My husband swears by these things. They are much softer than a natural loofah, so they will not be as rough on your skin if you are looking for something that can exfoliate. They also seem to last longer than a nylon mesh loofah, but will eventually start to break apart.

A good standard product.

Doesn't compare to using a natural sea sponge which I prefer for softer feel, better rinsability (this doesn't squeeze out easily), and amazing durability.

This is not a soft sponge.It is a great sponge for exfoliating.Not for use in the bath with bath oil as it will disintegrate quickly.Great for use in a daily shower using soap.

Made from very good material soft and helps cleansing the body skin. Does not break or torn.

The description doesn't tell you this is a medium sized synthetic sponge. It's fine for scouring the sink.
I replaced it with a large natural sea sponge which costs more
but is is soft and lathers beautifully in bath tub or shower.
It is easier on your skin.

This is a sponge on a rope. Pieces break off every time you use it. It is actually petty rough on the skin I cant apply too much pressure when I use it because it feels like sandpaper at times. I think it contributed to an Ezcema flare up that I havent had in years because the sponge is so rough. It does not lather well enough, the bubbles dont last so I went through my body wash much faster. I gave it too stars because the price was reasonable.
