I am a normal guy. No problems down below. Just wanted to try something to take it up one level. I started taking 1 a day. Wanted my body to get use to it. 1 pill did nothing. Then I went to 2 a day. Again nothing. So I took 3 on days that I knew sex was going to happen. NOTHING! So I took 3 pills everyday until I ran out.. Nothing has changed. Recovery time is the same, feeling is the same and intensity is the same. In my opinion this is a waste of money.

Wow! This stuff works great. Occasionally my performance is not up to par. The recomended dose is two capsules one hour before show-time, but one does the trick for me. Two makes the experience very intense and enjoyable.

During dry-spells, I take one each morning and all is well.

The only side effect is a racing heartbeat when two are taken. This does not last for more than 15-30 minutes though.
