Figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the results this past weekend. I rubbed Body Glide on the "hot spots" prone to trouble (top of toes, mainly) and headed out for a day of running around in a pair of flats that only a week earlier had rubbed uncomfortably. With Body Glide there were no hot spots, and no need for proactive application of moleskin to save my skin. Next experiment is using it between my big toe and second toe to break in new flip flops (always a challenge).

I use this product on my feet when wearing new shoes - high heels mostly. It prevents blisters and pinching around the toes until the shoes can break in. This product does not damage the shoes. I have a few pairs of shoes that I love but didn't wear often because my feet would hurt by the end of the night. Now I can wear them pain free!
I used to get debilitating blisters on my feet every year when I went to Disney World from all the walking. My daughter read reviews about Body Glide and told me to try it this year. I'm so pleased with the results... no blisters anywhere! This product is terrific!
I purchased this for my husband who uses it daily to avoid chafing. I did not read the product description carefully and ended up with three tiny ones instead of three normal (stick deodorant) size items, which is what I wanted.
This is an awesome product that I have been using for years. I use it on my inner thighs when I wear shorts, prevents them from rubbing and giving me a heat rash. I have also used under my bra underwires...ladies you know what I mean. This is a summer must have.
Totally changed my life! I can wear skirts/dresses without chaffing my thighs, even in the summer. I have the big size and a small size (to reapply thoughout the event) This is the best thing to happen to an overweight person. I highly highly recommend this product
