I purchased instead of using cortisone cream. I was hoping it would cure an itchy rash around my neck and chin, but all it did was alleviate it. So I had to purchase a cortisone cream which did the job.

The best and safest alternative cream to cortisone. It works even better. Relieves itching almost immediately. No side effects. I would never go back to cortisone creams after using this. More effective and certainly much safer. My son used this for eczema on his 6 year old on a DR's recommendation.

Florasone wins hands down over synthetic steroids. Been using Florasone for 9 months for eczema, dry Winter skin, and whatever itches with no side effects (for myself and young children). The active ingredient is a natural plant steroid that is extracted from the is cardiospermum (or love in a puff) seed. I only wish the manufacturer would list the other ingredients. This product is made in Mexico, but I think the company is USA owned.

I have had a recurrent eczema type rash on my lower back, not relieved with otc cortisone creams. I also used prescription creams without relief. I tried the Florasone cream and found immediate relief. The rash has not returned, but I will keep it on hand for any future recurrence.

I use the product whenever I have anything that itches. I am not allergic to anything in it. To this date I cannot find anything bad about it. Truly a wonderful product.

This is a great alternative to cortisone for those of us who are already using steroids (in my case, a steroid asthma inhaler) and don't want to add more. It works instantly! The purpose for which I bought it is more economically served by Monistat anti-chafing gel, but this makes a fine tool in my first aid drawer. A little doesn't go a long way; I think it would be easy to use up the tube fast.

I have Rosacea and was reluctant to use the cortisone creams. I visited drugstore.com to find something "natural" and found this homeopathic cream. I bought two tubes and when it arrived I began using it immediately. I washed my face that night as usual and applied the cream, then went to bed. I had low expectations but I noticed a difference in the appearance of my breakout the very next morning! Even my husband said that he noticed my face wasnt as red/bumpy as it was the previous day. I am very pleased with this product and will use it for as long as its manufactured.
