If you're looking for a drawing salve for boils, stickers, or stings, find an ointment with ichtammol. Boil Ease has dropped this active ingredient from their formulation. As it is now, Boil Ease is nothing more than a topical ointment with a mild pain reliever.

Boils suck! This ointment quiets the pain for awhile, and any relief is good when you have a boil. Boils require careful care and can become infected easily, and the infection can be serious. Please seek medical care if you have not dealt with a boil before!

This stuff sounds hokey, but it is a wonderful product. Within minutes of using it the pain subsides, and within a few hours the inflammation is gone or the boil has burst on its own, with out the pain of piercing it yourself. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose except your boil.
