These Arnica pellets are getting me back to where I was before my back injury- I no longer suffer with back pain, and I am able to enjoy normal activities again without limitations. This stuff rocks! These pills have absolutely no side effects and produce some results for lower back pain. They don't seem to help if you have already gotten your back out of alignment, but will help if you have muscle spasms like I do. My biggest complaint about this product is that the dispenser doesn't work. No matter how many times you rotate the cap to show a hole where the tablets are supposed to come out and no matter how much you shake the dispenser, it is next to impossible to get the tablets to come out. I ended up cutting off the end of the plastic container to access the tablets. I recommend this product to others only if the dispenser is modified to work correctly, but as it now, I can't recommend it. My massage therapist told me about this product and I was desparate for anything that would help so I immediately went to the health food store and bought some.....2 days later the pain was GONE and now when I over do it this is the relief I turn to which also comes in a cream!!!

It really prevents and even reduces swelling without having to traumatize them with the pressure of an ice pack on a bruise (ouch!) It also helps to soothe them and get them to stop crying sooner!

Five of these little pellets relieves that pain. Dr. Oz keeps it in his medicine cabinet, how bad can it be? It works for him and his family and it works for me and mine.
