For those of us that cannot take asprin or motrin type products, Boiron Arnicare Cream is a great find! It reduces joint swelling as well as reducing the pain involved without the dangerous side effects of most other drugs.

Anytime I know I will see a bruise tomorrow from a bump or a bang, I put on Arnica today --- waaaay less bruising and it completely heals in half the time that I would expect. I keep a tube of this in my tennis bag, in with my ski equipment, and I gave it to my 23 year old daughter to keep in her soccer bag for post games.
This is a great anytime gift for active friends. I give mine away all the time, which is why I bought three!

Great product to tandem with Rescue Remedy. I bruise easily after 40 and couldn't live without these two products. Absolutely speeds up healing time atleast by 1/2, but you must apply it 3-4 times per day.
