This is the best product for bruising of anykind....falling, after surgery and helps heal and it takes the pain away too. I have given my friends tubes just so they have it. They agree that any bruising heals much faster with the gel.

Buy only the "gel", not the cream, for non-greasy application that drys very quickly.
Pain is gone (bachache, etc.) before you realize it.
Only need a thumbnail's worth daily.
Well worth the money!

Rub it on all my aching parts of my body.

Apply it to all my hurting parts of my body. Easy to apply. Hard to get the last of Arnicare out of the tube. The tube should be more flexible.

I have a brain that thinks I'm 30 when my body is really 63. I often overuse or pull a muscle or tendon especially the around the knees, and I don't rest and ice the injury as I should. Arnica relieves the pain and helps with the swelling. For me it is a terrific topical product that helps with the discomfort.

My mother and I started exercising and our legs were killing us at night. We both have suffered on and off with restless legs at night and the exercising made it worse. My sister-in-law that owns a horse farm recommended the Arnica gel and oil. I tried both and find the gel more effective. I try to use products that have less chemical and toxins in them. Arnica reduces inflammation and I also suggest using Arnica montana 30x pellets after exercising and before bed. I think this gel is very effective for aches and pains. However, I discovered we had vein issues and we both started using the OrganicReserve Beautiful Legs, which significantly reduced the restless legs at night. In addition I found the Caleb Treeze Organics product which REALLy, REALLY stops leg cramps at night in minutes. However, if you have vein issues, this might not work as well. I use the Arnica gel after working out and before going to bed. I have tried other products, some more organic and others that weren't, and so far I think this has been most effective
