I was having the lipodissolve procedure done there and they highly recommended the arnica gel and pellets to help w/ bruising, swelling, and pain. I was surprised that it does really work. It relieves pain from this procedure almost instantly, helps w/ swelling (along w/ ice packs) and fades bruising quicker than if you don't use anything at all. It doesn't relieve the pain forever, so you do have to reapply several times throughout the day. VS Most Liked Negative Review Not enough help! It goes on easily, and helped some, but not enough.
