I found this works well in conjunction with ibuprofen and Oona 2. I supplemented my ibuprofen with Cyclease and found it helped me stretch the amount of time before having to take more ibuprofen. In a typical period, I have to take 400 mg of ibuprofen HOURLY (including sleeping hours) for about 24 hours during my heaviest flow and hardest cramps. Obviously, this has caused me a great deal of stomach pain and issues from taking so much ibuprofen. Taking the Cylcease helped me be able to spread out my ibuprofen intake to 3 or 4 hours inbetween, so that was helpful and much easier on my stomach. I took alot of Cyclease--about 36 pills (6 doses) over the course of 2 days. It helps almost immediately after taking, has no taste, and dissolves quickly.

Use at first signs of cramping. Can be used until cramping stops. I was using Motrin 800mg and now this works without having to use such a strong prescription medicine. It is natural and works great. I highly recommend this product.

This works for me and is easy to use, since you don't need water, however the dose is 2 tablets every 15 minutes for a total of 6 tablets. This means a box of 60 only gives you 10 doses, so it goes quickly. However, this is a much better alternative than taking a ton of Advil if you have severe cramps like I do!

Great product! Any comments about it not working, is most likely from not taking this homeopathic remedy incorrectly. It should be taked in a "clean" mouth, meaning not eating or drinking for 15 minutes before or after taking the product, except for water. I take only one at a time, and allow it to melt under my tongue. consider taking the product before cramps are severe.

In order for it to work, you have to keep taking it - 2 every 15 minutes until the pain subsides. I'm taking it at work and Pamprin at night.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but thought I would try it. I used to have to take 3 Aleve, and wait for them to kick in. This stuff works great and gives relief fast! I no longer need the Aleve, or have to wait long for relief.
