I have trouble falling asleep. I've tried many different things and while some of them have worked, they've all required a good amount of water shortly before bed. With Quietitude, I can take some L-Tryptophan or maybe some Melatonin a couple of hours before bed and then use the Quietitude to lull my mind and body to sleep without having to drink more water. This stuff works great for me! It is, however, rather expensive.

This product really works for me. I feel wonderfully drowsy within minutes!
It also helped with waking in the middle of the night, when I first started using it (which is really why I started using it).
I tried another product at one time, and returned it to go back to this one.

the package instructs you to take four 2 a few hours before bed and 2 at bedtime. I started as instructed but found the 2 at bedtime gave me a nasty headache in the morning and made me feel out of it. If I just use 2 tabs 3hrs before bed it works alright and I don't get a headache but am still out of it in the morning so I will keep looking for a good sleep aid for insomniacs.

Wow! Bought the product because it was homeopathic. Took the pills as prescribed, but man did it have an opposite affect on me. I tossed and tumbled so I got up and stayed up for about 3 hours. I knew I needed some sleep because of work the next day so I tried again. Fell asleep for about an hour and a half and woke up again. Going to make for a long day.

Well, the first couple weeks I used this product I definately noticed a difference in how quickly and soundly I fell asleep.

Now, maybe 3 months later (?) I still fall asleep quickly, but I don't stay asleep as long as I used to.

I still use it though - helps me make it through the first round of hubby's snoring. :)

i bought this because of the reviews. It absolutely did nothing for me. I took 4 and then 2 more. Nothing. Did not even relax me. No side effects, no nothing. Tried again the next night. Same thing.

My husband was taking too much OTC sleep aides (mainly Unisom) and was usually cranky. I got Quietude on a whim and it works! He loves it. I had some insomnia due to stress and all it took was 1 pill and I felt calm and went right to sleep. I woke up very rested and not groggy at all. I have taken some other anti-anxiety pills before to help me sleep and they made me sick. To the nay sayers if it's a psychological response, then so be it. I'd rather be taking this than the other habit forming meds out there.

I don't use this product everyday. But, when things keep your mind running overtime, this has been a big help. No more staring at the ceiling in the middle of the night after waking up.

if your mind races with all the should haves and have to do of the day and you can't fall asleep, then this is more than worth the try. I felt relaxed to fall asleep, and had a more restful sleep. It did not make me feel drowzy or confused the next day. I have tried a prescription sleep aid but after 3 nights a week off and on for 6 months it left me with ringing in the ears, and confused the days afterward. So for peace of mind, try this, sleeping is so important to our overall mental and physical health
