This stuff really works for sore throats. I've used it as needed for many years, as I have allergies that can result in a sore throat from time to time, and it's great. A few doses and I'm much better. I've had my boyfriend try it for a sore throat, and it works on him as well, even though he was doubtful before he first tried it because he didn't understand how it could work. I was skeptical at first, too, but I don't question what works.

My husband took this for his sore throat that would not go away, it worked the same day, almost instantly. He could not even speak and lost his voice, this stuff really works and he got his voice back!

In the morning, I started with an illness-related sore throat that made it painful to swallow. A few hours and several doses of Roxalia later, my throat felt almost perfectly fine -- still a little rough, but otherwise great. An excellent product!

These seem to work well for everyday sore throat symtoms, like when you strain your voice. I haven't tried them with a sickness induced sore throat, but I will keep buying these because they have worked for me so far. They don't taste very good but I realize that is not the point, and you only have them in your mouth for a few seconds before they dissolve.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, take 1 dose, 2 tablets, every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Then take 1 dose 3 times a day. Allow the tablet to dissolve in the mouth. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.
