I have had a chronic yeast infection for almost six months, and so far this has seemed to keep it under control. It may not have cleared it completely, in which case my doc has prescribed the Boric Acid to finish the job, but this product has done MUCH better than the other ones, including Diflucan and Monistat. It is messy, but I found that it was because the applicator does not get the suppository up high enough...like another poster, I just inserted it myself without an applicator. Wear a long pad at night, put a towel down on the sheet where you sleep. The great thing for those of us with a chronic infection that returns each month is that this is a more natural way of going about treating it and it does work. If you are like me and have frequent urination when you have a yeast infection, or if you have interstitial cystitis or overactive bladder, do not waste your money on this. It will literally end up in the toilet! REVIEWS Reviewed by 29 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » 10/3/2012 Works great! Pros

Comments about Boiron Yeastaway, Yeast Infection Vaginal Suppositories, 7 ea: This is a great product if you have that yeast infection you can never get rid of.It comes in 7 gel capsules.1 capsule is enough for 2 or 3 insertions. If you use a whole one you are really just wasting it so half it in 2 or 3.That way it will last if you need some more in the future. This product is worth the money. Best Uses Comments about Boiron Yeastaway, Yeast Infection Vaginal Suppositories, 7 ea: very messy. u need a maxi pad! it leaks like water.. unfortunately it had not effect on my y.i. in fact it came back about a week later with a vengeance.. i wud not recommend this.. for what i hear we shud stik to the 7 day methods over the counter like gyne lotrimin since the 1 day and 3 day creams donot wurk that great in my opinion. i actually used PLAIN yogurt about a teaspoon internally daily for a few days and rubbed sum around vulvar area with a panty liner and it wurked..3 to 4 days... try it. it wurkd in my opinion..eats lots of probiotic yogurt. Best Uses Comments about Boiron Yeastaway, Yeast Infection Vaginal Suppositories, 7 ea: I almost forgot I had a box on hand of yeast away, and I have a nasty yeast infection from taking some strong antibiotics. I was trying some other remedies at first, and almost bought some OTC meds (sent good ol' hubby to the store to get me something ;-) ) but then I remembered I had this product. Made the burning stop almost instantly. I used it before bedtime, I just took it easy and laid on the couch as much as I could since I was so miserable. It is messy.
