My husband & I love cruising but for years I used the "patch" since I have motion/sea sickness. However, the patch produced many side effects, including making sinus problems which made the trips less enjoyable.

I tried using Bonine a few months ago with amazing results!! The waters were quite rough but I had NO problems. I just keep the tablets next to the bed and take one each morning. I have taken 2 more cruises since with great results.

Using Bonine has made cruising so much more enjoyable for me!!

A pharmacist at Heathrow Airport gave me this advice for Bonine: Take a full dose (2 tablets) the night before you travel. Take half a dose (1 tablet) each subsequent night. Any drowsy symptoms you may have won't matter! Seasickness is best treated *before* you get sick!

I travel about 15 hours on a plane during summer and it usually takes the whole day. I was excited about trying these but it didnt last very long, wish it could have been better like most of the reviews said it would..

I bought this because I was going on a cruise for the first time. I wasnt sure if I was going to get sea sick or not, so I took it as a preventive measure the first day with no sea sickness and the second night the water was a little rough, so I took another with the same result. Works great.

I finally had to admit to myself that I am no longer a champion traveler, and I've developed motion sickness when I fly. I tried Dramamine, and it made me feel disoriented and drowsy. This time around, I used the chewable Bonine, and it worked like a charm. No headache, dizziness, or nausea...and no drowsiness! I hope you try it and experience the same results. I will no longer travel without this little pill!

I use Bonine on the first couple of days of our annual sailing trips in the Caribbean. I like it because it works fast, is very effective, does not cause drowsiness and is easy to take (chewable tablets). My friend uses Bonine when traveling a long distance in a car because it reduces her motion-sickness symptoms almost immediately.

I originally bought this for my husband who gets sea sick to some degree on about half of all boating opportunities (snorkeling, small boat cruising, etc.). He doesn't like to take Dramamine until it is too late. I heard that Bonine works quickly, so even if you're already on the boat and start to feel ill, you can take it. Bonine has not only worked for my hubby, it has also worked for me. I get a tummy ache after only a minute or two if I read in the car, which includes readiing a map. I took 1 pill in the morning, brought a novel in the car and rode in the back seat reading for almost all 4 hours to Vegas. Yay!

I keep Bonine on hand especially during flu season because it's a very effective nausea fighter, plus has some antihistamine effect and is a mild muscle relaxant, so wonderful over night because it lasts all night so you can sleep. It is also the top prescribed medication for inner ear balance problems, so i take it every day and it really works and yet is quite gentle on the system, so good for the elderly who want to stay active.

Have used this product for years to keep sea sickness at bay. I like that it is chewable - so even when I forget to take it an hour before we travel, I can pop them in my mouth when I remember. Doesen't make me drowsy either. Would recommend.

I did not think this would work as I get motion sickness easily. Never want to take other things that make me groggy and knock me out. This has no side effects. I took with crackers (no sweets) 1 hr prior to boat ride. Worked great! No problems (which I usually have!). (Suggestion: Also, drink ginger beer-a spicy soda sort of like root beer-, easily found in the Carribbean, which prevents nausea and stomache upset.)
