We have been purchasing Boost for my mother whose appetite has diminished at 90 and with some dementia.
She enjoys the taste, drinks it without complaint.
I appreciate that the Boost Plus contains 360 calories, does not contain lactose (she has been having gastrointestinal problems we think due to lactose intolerance).
We are very pleased with this product, and now give her this to augment her (hopefully) 3 meals a day.
Ensure is a very good product but contains milk, so that is not appropriate for her at this time.
